About Me
Rev. Dr. Plummer is an ordained Bishop of the New Testament Church of God and has served in several capacities, including Pastor, District Overseer, National Director of Youth and Christian Education, National Director of Ministerial Care and Development and National Secretary-Treasurer. He served the HEART/NSTA Trust in several strategic and senior management positions. He is also the Caribbean Representative for the Society of Christian Scholars.
Dr. Plummer was educated at the Jamaica Theological Seminary, the University of the West Indies (UWI), and Delaware State University, where he earned a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership. He is married to Paula, and they are the proud parents of three adult sons.
As the Ministry Director for Every Home for Christ in Jamaica, Dr. Plummer leads the mission of equipping churches and ministries with training and resources for Prayer, Evangelism, Christian Education, Mentorship, Leadership and Humanitarian Aid.
